About the Principal
Charlotte Harms has designed, installed, and maintained commercial and residential landscape irrigation systems along the Northern Front Range since 1972, and has been a certified backflow tester since 1990. She is certified by the leading water-wise associations in the area, is an active member of the landscaping community, and continues to educate area homeowners and landscape professionals through classes, articles, and presentations.
